Personal Spiritual Growth:Connecting deeper with God
Memorial Day weekend, May 25-28th, 2018 at beautiful Fort Casey on Whidbey Island.
Welcome to our third gathering, where we will focus on conscious partnership with God so that we may more fully and successfully partner with Jesus in His request to proclaim the gospel. Tom Choquette and Susan Cook are dedicated to providing a space for all of you to grow more deeply in spirit. It’s our pleasure to serve you by making this gathering happen. We invite anyone who feels that nudge to dance more fully with Spirit.
We know it’s possible to personally know and grow with Spirit intimately entwined in our lives. The purpose of our upcoming gathering is to explore this fact.
Please join us as we grow into more beautiful beings and partner with Spirit so that we will more fully be lead into the heart of God and experience God our Father into our minds and hearts.
If you have any questions, please contact Susan Cook at firstname.lastname@example.org or 816-716-0330
Fort Casey on beautiful Whidbey Island sits on the Salish Sea and is overlooked by the Olympic mountain range. The spectacular views are breathtaking. We are able to accept 50 registrations. The housing situation is this: 4 houses with 4 bedrooms with twin beds, one bathroom and a living and kitchen area. These houses are very comfortable. But – we have only four.
We have also secured a refurbished bunk house. This bunk house has two floors and Women and Men’s baths and showers on each floor. These are all shared. Each bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and clothing rods to hang your clothes. They are quite comfortable. Each floor also has a sitting area and deck with a view of the sea.

Quotes to ponder:
196:3.34The great challenge to God’s children is to achieve better communication with the divine Monitor that dwells within the human mind.
146:3.6While you cannot observe the divine spirit at work in your minds, there is a practical method of discovering the degree to which you have yielded the control of your soul powers to the teaching and guidance of this indwelling spirit of the heavenly Father, and that is the degree of your love for all God’s children.
100:2.1Spiritual development depends, first, on the maintenance of a living spiritual connection with true spiritual forces and, second, on the continuous bearing of spiritual fruit: yielding the ministry to one's brothers and sisters of that which has been received from one's spiritual benefactors.
100:4.6It is not so important to love all people today as it is that each day you learn to love one more person. If each day or each week you achieve an understanding of one more person, and if this is the limit of your ability, then you are certainly socializing and truly spiritualizing your personality.
192:2.1Devote your life to proving that love is the greatest thing in the world. It is the love of God that impels us to seek salvation. Love is the ancestor of all spiritual goodness, the essence of the true and the beautiful.
117:6.10All true love is from God, and we receive the divine affection as we ourselves bestow this love upon each other. Love is dynamic. It can never be captured; it is alive, free, thrilling, and always moving. We can never take the love of the Father and imprison it within our heart. The Father's love can become real to us only by passing through our personality as we in turn bestows this love upon our all people.
195:10.1What is now most needed is Jesus. The world needs to see Jesus living again on earth in the experience of spirit‑born mortals who effectively reveal the Master to all.
196:1.3To "follow Jesus" means to personally share his religious faith and to enter into the spirit of the Master's life of unselfish service for humankind.
196:1.3Of all human knowledge, that which is of greatest value is to know the religious life of Jesus and how he lived it.
178:1.11Let all humankind benefit from the overflow of your loving spiritual ministry, enlightening intellectual communion, and uplifting social service; but none of these humanitarian labors, nor all of them, should be permitted to take the place of proclaiming the gospel.
