    SSS 2024 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

    LOGIN TO YOUR URANTIABOOK.ORG ACCOUNT or CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT   

    By logging in to your urantiabook.org account, the registration program will auto-fill your information from the database, saving you time. 

    TWO REGISTRATION FORMS  

    There are two separate registration forms, one for those staying at the conference hotels, and one for commuters.  This is the hotel registration.  If you are looking for the commuter registration, click here.

    ACCOMMODATIONS   

    Hotel accommodations are a single price whether there will be 1, 2, 3, or 4 persons staying in the room.  

    Additional hotel nights before or after the conference can be coordinated by calling the office (303)-467-7858

    ROOM PRICES 

    Hotel Accommodations for 3 nights (Wednesday 7/24, Thursday 7/25, Friday 7/26) are $143.00 per night.

    CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND MEAL PRICES  

    Conference Registration and Meals for 3 days (Wed Dinner, 7/24 through Saturday Lunch, 7/27) are $110.00 per day, for a total of $330.00 per Registrant 

    DEADLINES

    Registrations must be completed and paid for by June 8, 2024.  After June 8th, registration will be contingent on available rooms, and a late registration fee of $70.00 will be charged per registrant.  

    POST-CONFERENCE TRIENNIAL DELEGATE MEETING (TDA)

    Hotel accommodations and meal plan for the TDA (evening of Saturday 7/27 through noon 7/29), are available options within the registration.  Lunch on 7/29 will not be provided as most people will have varied schedules for return travel.

    COMMUTER PRICES 

    Commuter registration price includes lunch and dinner.   Please note that there are effectively no dining options within walking distance of the facility.  

    CUSTOMIZING YOUR NAME ON THE CONFERENCE BADGE 

    As you complete the Registration form, you will be asked to supply the name of each Registrant in your group, EXACTLY as you wish them to appear on the badge(s). 

    “FIND A ROOMMATE” REQUEST 

    If you are hoping to share a room with another individual who is also seeking an unassigned roommate, please check the “ ‘Find a Roommate’ Request” box on the form. 

    VOLUNTEERS 

    There are a number of areas where you may volunteer to assist the Conference Planning Team.  Thank you.

    SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS 

    There is space on the Registration form to share information about any Special Considerations that you might need. 

    DONATIONS FOR THE GENERAL FUND and FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND   

    General donations to The Urantia Book Fellowship are a meaningful way to support this and future gatherings.  

    You may also make a donation towards Scholarship assistance for those needing funds in order to attend the Conference.  Sharing the conference experience with others who couldn't otherwise attend is truly a gift.  Thank you in advance for your generosity.

    SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE   

    If you need Scholarship Assistance in order to afford to attend the Conference, please fill out our Scholarship request form:

    Only a few Scholarships will be available and these will be processed monthly on a first-come, first served, and case-by-case basis. 

    PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS 

    Full Conference costs can be paid at the time of Registration.  Or, an Invoice can be emailed to you.  The Invoice will be due on or before June 8th, 2024.  

    Cancellations up until June 8th, 2024, will be provided full refund, less a $70.00 processing fee. 

    Cancellations requested on or after June 8, 2024, will be charged a $250.00 processing fee.  

    No refunds will be processed after July 8th, 2024.
