Announces

Fellowship Forum Seminars

The Urantia Book, among many other things, is about enlarging our perspective and putting things into relationship with one another. It is about advancing our universe progress – making connections. It’s about putting our lives in a purposeful and spiritual context. It’s the incredible integration of all the ideas into an amazingly unified whole.

How can reading the facts and understanding the meanings of Urantia Book teachings help us reveal its values and their spiritual application in our lives?

Join fellow students in a series of online in-depth workshops designed to make connections and seek answers.

Workshop #1: The Twelve Apostles

  • How they became who they were
  • How their individual gifts manifested themselves during the Fourth Epochal Revelation
  • What we can learn from their experiences to apply to our own lives
  • and our contribution to the Fifth Epochal Revelation

Saturday, June 20, 2020
12 Noon – 4 PM CDT

This online workshop will provide a short whole group presentation, guided chat rooms for intensive exploration, and whole group time to share our findings.

If you are interested in participating, advance preparation is recommended and materials will be sent to you.

Please contact Ken Keyser at Urantiaeducation@gmail.com to register and to receive preparatory materials.

The Education Committee seeks to enhance the quality of education and study of The Urantia Book within the community of readers, to bring the teachings to new readers, to enhance in-depth study among students, to support and develop teachers, and to encourage spiritual growth of individuals. We will pursue these goals by applying principles and pedagogies drawn from the wisdom of human educators and using lessons about education from The Urantia Book itself.

He presented these teachings, along with the essential events of the life of Jesus, in one continuous narrative. This presentation of The Jefferson Bible uses the King James Version of the texts, corrected in accordance with the findings of modern scholarship. The selection and arrangement are by Jefferson.
