By logging in to your urantiabook.org account, the registration program will auto-fill your information from the database, saving you time.
DIFFERENT REGISTRATION FORMS
There are different registration forms specific to desired occupancy and commuter, click here to review the options if you are unsure.
ROOM PRICES
Single occupancy hotel rooms are $242.00 per night. If you require additional nights, please contact the office.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND MEAL PRICES
Conference Registration and Meals are $150.00 per person per day and include three meals (Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch), conference registration, taxes and gratuity.
DEADLINES
Registrations must be completed and paid for by May 1, 2026. After May 1st, registration will be contingent on available rooms, and a late registration fee of $100.00 will be charged per registrant. ($25 per conference day surcharge)
POST-CONFERENCE GENERAL COUNCIL (GC) MEETING
The General Council Meeting will be held offsite. For those interested in attending the Annual Meeting of the Geneal Council, please inquire at fellowship@urantiabook.org
“FIND A ROOMMATE” REQUEST
If you are hoping to share a room with another individual who is also seeking an unassigned roommate, please check the “ ‘Find a Roommate’ Request” box on the form.
VOLUNTEERS
There are a number of areas where you may volunteer to assist the Conference Planning Team. Thank you.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
There is space on the Registration form to share information about any Special Considerations that you might need.
SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE
If you need Scholarship Assistance in order to afford to attend the Conference, please fill out our Scholarship request form:
Only a few Scholarships will be available and these will be processed monthly on a first-come, first served, and case-by-case basis.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Full conference costs can be paid at the time of Registration. Or, an Invoice can be emailed to you. The Invoice will be due on or before May 1st, 2026.
Cancellations before May 1st, 2026, will be provided a full refund.
Cancellations requested on or after May 1st 2026, will be charged a $250.00 processing fee.
No refunds will be processed after July 1st, 2026.
