General Information:Information about the conference center can be found athttps://ctri.salvationarmy.org/SNE/LodgeUsage. Rooms have two twin beds and a private bath per room. Roommates will need to be assigned, as attendance may limit single room occupancy. Please identify if you would prefer a single room, and if possible, we will do our best to accommodate.
Registration: For participants staying two nights (Friday, Saturday): Arrival is expected between 3 and 5 PM. All who have arrived by 6PM will dine in the CONNRI cafeteria. All meals will be served at table, and not buffet style.
For those arriving on Saturday: Registration from 8:30-9:45 AM. Programbegins promptly at 10AM.
Costs: There are 3 options. Please choose the one that works for you. If all packages are out of your reach, or if you need special accommodations, please contact Karen Larsen (Treasurer) at 845-234-7121 KLarsenRCR@aol.com
Option # 1 FULL PACKAGE Cost $250.002 nights / 6 meals
Friday overnight to Sunday lunch Friday night lodging and dinner, Saturday lodging and 3 meals; Sunday breakfast and lunch.
Option # 2 SATURDAY TO SUNDAY PACKAGE Cost $150.001 overnight / Saturday lodging and 2 meals (lunch and Dinner); Sunday breakfast and lunch.
Option #3 COMMUTER RATE FOR BOTH SATURDAY & SUNDAY: **NO OVERNIGHTS**
Cost $75.00 2 meals (lunch both days) plus day usage fee of the facility
Deposit: A 50% minimum deposit is needed no later than April 6, and the remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before retreat, by May 20th. Deposit may be refunded if cancellation is made before May 6 (one month prior to Retreat weekend).
Payments may be made in either of two ways: directly through Paypal, at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/UBSCONE or by mailing a check made out to Karen Larsen ~and mailed to: Karen Larsen, 2 Storms Rd, Goshen, NY 10924.
